Dr. Javier Arribas leads WaveMasters’ strategic vision and overall execution. As CEO and technical leader, he aligns business strategy with technological development, oversees product direction, and represents the company in institutional, industrial, and investor engagements. He is responsible for corporate governance and fundraising, and ensures strong alignment between R&D activities and market needs.

Dr. Miguel Ángel Gómez leads product quality, validation, and market-driven requirements at WaveMasters. He ensures that developed solutions meet performance, reliability, and compliance standards, while driving market research to align product features with customer and end-user needs. He also supports product positioning and readiness for industrial and institutional markets.

Dr. Carles Fernández-Prades brings over 20 years of experience in digital signal processing applied to navigation systems, leading fundamental R&D, innovation, and advanced algorithm development. At WaveMasters, he contributes deep expertise in GNSS signal processing, interference mitigation, and performance optimization, and leads the design and validation of core algorithms that differentiate the company’s products. He also supports the evolution of the technology roadmap and the generation of intellectual property.
